SMOKE

I was using my synth when smoke suddenly appeared, the sound of my oscillator changed and my homemade mixer stated making noise on its own, what happened???
I use a Deeper P9 case, and my modules include:

Doepfer Wasp filter
Doepfer A-130 VCA
Pittsburg modular LFO2
Vermona QMI2
Ginko Grains.
