Synth museum business

Does it make sense to open up a place with vintage synths hooked up with pedal effects maybe and charge per hour, let people play with their headphones and let then record etc etc.

In case it could work what kind of investment are we looking at and which synths would be the ones that will attract most people ? Would used versions of those synths be ok? Do vintage synths exist in stores for sale anymore?

Would doing the same for the newer synths work too ? Like moog grandmother or korg opsix .I would not want to get synths delivered as that is a different business model.

Thanks.
