Desktop module for realistic piano sounds?

I have a good midi controller already and don't want to buy another keyboard, is there anything relatively inexpensive that would give me good traditional piano sounds without plugging in a computer? Does not have to be configurable honestly, just give a traditional piano sound so I can self-study from books.

If there's not anything specifically built for that purpose, maybe there's a decent Linux program I could use to auto-boot a headless raspberry pi into piano mode?

Update: despite all the comments claiming this can't be done, several users did come up with good suggestions.

  • Kurzweil MicroPiano: I ordered one for under $200 from ebay on the strength of this demo. This seemed like the right compromise between cost and sound for my current needs.

  • Reface CP: Available for $400, doesn't technically fit the requirements but the keyboard is small enough it's probably nbd. Acoustic piano sounds nice but as an easter egg feature it's a bit inconvenient to get to. Also I'd probably want to chop this eventually if I did get it. I still might if I eventually decide the MicroPiano doesn't cut it.

  • Motif Rack / Motif Rack ES: sounds great, some options near $500. Might revisit these if unsatisfied with MicroPiano.

  • Zynthian: Seems like a really great idea. Around $400 if it was available, which sadly it isn't currently. Also RasPi 4's are still a rarity in general.

  • Ketron KlaviPro ($185 out of stock) or SD-100 ($339 in stock): Didn't look much into honestly, might be good?

  • GEM RealPiano or RP-x: out of my budget and/or too hard to find.

  • V3 Sound Grand Piano XXL Sound Module: Interesting option but I already put in an order for the MicroPiano before I saw this
