Can I reorganize patches on my MircoKorg?

I want to keep some original sounds and replace some others with new patches.

I can't use MicroKorg editor because I foolishly updated my macbook to Ventura and the software can't run.

I've been trying to use Patch Base but I can't get the program to read the synth (I'm using a mioiconnect usb cable, and adjusted the synth midi settings accordingly to send/receive data but no luck). Haven't had much luck google searching this either.

Are there any other simple programs where I can just reorganize and customize patches?

Thanks!
