Beatstep Pro Clock out to Dark Time problem

Hello, i'm having trouble when connecting Beatstep Pro Clock out to Doepfer Dark Time clock in, i want to use the BSP as a "master clock" - but the clock speed is way too fast when received on Dark Time (the bpm is like 5x or even 10x too fast) - i'm sending the clock from the BSP clock out via 3.5mm mono cable to Dark Time and not via Midi. How can i set the BSP to send the clock correctly to Dark Time ? Or do i need to do some clock receive settings on the Dark Time ?
Any ideas how to make this work ?
(eventually, i also want to send the same clock to SQ1, but first need to solve the BSP sync, because i think when i have that working i can send the clock from Dark Time to SQ1 via midi...?)
Huge thanks.
