VCO ondes martenot DIY

Hi guys. For a long time I wanted to make a vco with a continuous pitch control, that can be controlled with a multiturn potentiometer, like the ondes martenot, I have an Eddy Bergman schematic, but I don't know what part should go in multiturns. Can anyone help me?
