Best way to use an iPad Pro live?

So I want to set up my iPad to use with a midi keyboard on apps like the model D. What's the best way to get the midi keyboard, 1/4" outs (stereo), and charging (as well as maybe a headphone out)? If this is job for a USB C hub, what hub might you all recommend? This one looks pretty cool but has little reviews and I don't know the brand.
