Assign lfo to mod wheel in ableton

I have a midi to cv converter that can transmit mod wheel, aftertouch, and velocity, and I'm wondering if there's a way to assign an lfo from ableton that I'm able to modulate in ableton and use it on my modular. Thanks in advance.
