4hp 3U or 22hp 1U for power supply module

So I have both options to power my case, I know this is not a direct math conversion of value so I want to ask people currently using 1U.

Would you rather sacrifice 3U or 1U space for a power module?

Drilling the case for a switch is left out of this matter.
