What's the best way to send outputs from my system to my audio interface?

I recently took the dive into eurorack after thinking about it for about two years - I've got a couple modules and a few more I'd like to get, but I'm still not sure about the best way to send the signal to my audio interface.

Right now I put it through my 0-Coast's line out, but I'm confused on if it would be okay to just send the outs from the modules directly to the interface (it's a Focusrite OctoPre connected to a Scarlett 18i8), or if I would need to get some other module to get the signal level down - if I needed a module like this, does one with stereo outs exist?
