Blown away by Clockface Modular’s service and shipping

I’m blown away.

I ordered a Panharmonium on Wednesday from Clockface Modular (located in Japan) and minutes after I ordered, they emailed me refunding 10% of my order because their Black Friday sale was starting in an hour AND it’s now out for delivery today…. 2 days via DHL Tokyo to Ithaca, NY with their free shipping option.

I couldn’t even find a Panharmonium in the US, let alone pay less than retail.
