What is the voltage of a Eurorack envelope generator output?

This is a beginner question, but I was reading the description of the Analogue Systems ADSR module, and it said that the output was from 0 to +10v. To my understanding Eurorack voltage ranges from -5v to +5v, that is 10v pp. So, for this EG it's DC instead of AC, right? But I would have thought it would be 0 to +5v, that is, maintaining the same top value. How does it work exactly? Is +10v the normal high end for a Eurorack EG?
