Koma Field Kit FX incompatible with Mean Well RT65B?

Module works great on 4MS Row Power and its own power brick, but won't turn on with this power supply -- any ideas? Everything else on the meanwell works flawlessly. I haven't encountered a module being incompatible with a power system before so I'm not sure what to think.
