What DAW do you use to control a modular rack with??

I recently got a MacBook and have a pretty good extensive modular rack. I plan to control some parameters with a daw and I am not as keen on new recording software as well as what has the best midi capabilities. I have a poly end poly2 (was using it for the MPE to use my seaboard to control some modules) as well as the niftykeyz, which both of these modules can connect to the computer with usb. Anyone know what would work well with these???
