switch popping using 4051/4052 mux - advice needed

here the 'schematics' ...obliterated are 0.1u bypass caps for power supply and all ICs...my goal is to have the circuit run on +5V...(+9V would be okay if it improves things...I originally thought this could help with the "headroom" of the switch, but ...
