Behringer TD-3 noisy?

I just got my TD-3 today after what seems like forever. It seems like there’s a non trivial amount of noise from the phones output. I haven’t hooked up the normal output yet though. Has anyone else noticed this?

While this thing may sound good (when it’s not noisy) there’s a definitely a reason it’s so cheap. It feels like an absolute POS
