Midi to gates, CV to midi?

Is there such a module that would convert midi-input to clock and few gates, I don't probably need more than 2 to 4, and also convert CV to midi data and push it out? I started to think how I could integrate my Digitakt better to my modular system, and ideally I would want to use it as a master clock and to trigger some gates, plus be able to modulate some midi parameters from my modular. Does such a module exist or should I just get Midi-to-CV and CV-to-Midi modules separately? Ideally, of course, the solution should be fairly compact and configurable, price isn't that much of a concern but of course the more affordable the better. Has any of you experience with such a setup and how are you working with that?
