Help with M-Audio Oxygen 8 v1 on Windows 10

I recently bought a used oxygen-8 online from someone and it didnt come with any of the cables. I connected a USB to it and tried connected it to my laptop but it doesnt recognize the device.
Do I have to connect any other cables to it? Not sure what I'm doing wrong but it wont recognize and doesnt show up in FL Studio either.
