A problem with reface cp

Hello, I don’t know if this is the “correct place” But I bought today a brand new reface cp, I love the Rhodes sound, but the key “d” sound extremely loud, like the sensibility it’s really high all the time, anyone knows how I can resolve the problem? Big thanks
