What's that sound: classic disco "fast strings"

I know that the classic slow phaser-y strings from disco songs are made with the ARP/Solina string ensemble. What about the fast 16th-note string riffs really popular in the late 70s? Example: Cerrone - Give Me Love https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kCP1m2ly_r0

Maybe this is also Solina but the effects definitely sound different, with a faster attack and no phaser for sure. Does anyone have any idea how that sound is made? When I was a younger listener I always thought these strings were real recorded orchestra parts. But I'm looking in that music video and I don't see anyone playing the violin!
