Mutable Instruments Ripples Original vs 2020

Hey all,

I used to own an original Ripples and loved the sound, unfortunately had to sell it some time ago to find another purchase.

As I can’t find the original anywhere for a reasonable price I was wondering whether the 2020 version can achieve the same sound?

Has anyone had both to compare?

Cheers
