Is Falcon 2 worth it if you already have Serum?

I have used Serum for years and it truly is amazing, I just feel I need something new. I bought Massive X last year and although I love it, it is quite similar and along the same wave length (pardon the pun) as Serum.

Is Falcon 2 going to be the same, or does it open a whole new realm of sound design and sound potential? I've heard good things but any one got any opinions who has both?

Cheers
