Looking to buy the right first synth to make particular sounds

Hey guys, I’m looking to pick up my first synth sometime this year as there are tons of sound ideas in my head but I’m limited to sampling. I want to learn how to create a similar vibe to what you hear from this Frank Dukes Kingsway song linked to this post from 15:45 to 17:30 & then 18:07 to 18:30 - to iterate on and inspire my sound design overall. Main thing I wanted to ask is if these kinda sounds are achievable on a more budget friendly starting synth like the MiniFreak or would I need a Prophet 6 for this? If these sounds are achievable on a more budget friendly synth, then I’ll put in work and figure it out - but the last thing I want to do is buy a synth and realise It’s not possible to make the sounds I hear in my head lol.
