LPD8 ---> Nanobox Razzmatazz

Hi all. I'd like to play my Nanobox Razzmatazz (3.5mm jack for MIDI IN) with my Akai LPD-8 pads (USB OUT). Is there a small and inexpensive device I can use to connect them? Thanks in advance!
