Roland K-25m with hard key. Fixable?

Roland K-25m with hard key. Fixable?

After getting my 1st K-25m Keyboard replaced because 2 keys didn't work I got a second one and one key is harder than the rest. It feels like it has more friction on the spring down and back up. Is it something easy to fix? Should I order another replacement?

I am starting to think the K-25m build quality is pretty bad.
