Any experience with sending out of warranty synths to Moog for repairs?

Just curious what your experience has been--turnaround, cost etc. What did you send in, what was wrong with it, how much did it cost to fix and how long did it take to repair. Did they give you an estimate first? Is there a bench fee (charge for looking at it even if you refuse the repair)?
