Jupiter-Xm for Deepmind 12 + Mininova: is that a good deal?

I have the opportunity of giving away my Deepmind 12 + my Novation Mininova to get a new Roland Jupiter-Xm only paying around $100 in the deal.

Do you guys think it's worth and that the Xm can easily do what the other two can do?

Edit: I could also get Yamaha ModX6 instead of the Roland Jupiter-XM in the same deal.
