ALM MCO "sound"

Hello! Looking at the page for the MCO, it says it sounds more so like an early 90s ensoniq keyboard than analog emulation (replication?). Does anyone know WHICH Ensoniq board tho? I can't find too many good demos on the MCO, does it sound early 90s or would a disting Mk4 be a better digital OSC? I only have 6hp to spare. It would be awesome if it sounded like the ensoniq esq-1, although I think that's made in the 80s? Thanks if anyone has any inputSmile
