Making full tracks without a DAW?

Hey!

I just got my first synth (the arturia microfreak), and was wondering what could I use to kind of "record" a loop of it playing and playing it so I can add some more stuff on top of it with the same synth. I know a DAW would work but I'm looking for something a little more efficient workflow-wise.

Thanks!

Edit: I don't wanna make a full song. Only have jam sessions with a couple tracks playing at the same time. Thank you all for your answers, I think what I need is a RC-505, Novation Circuit or a DAW.
