Cleaning a Tb03 that reeks of Cigarettes

I bought a used Tb03 and seems like it all works fine.....still need to try a few things.

My concern and complaint is that it REEKS of cigarettes from the previous owner....

1 should I be concerned about that from a hardware health perspective

1. How could I go about cleaning it out so the smell is gone
