Could someone recommend a synthesizer that would be easy enough to learn on for a 7 year old but not so simple as to immediately become boring? My budget is $125 max, preferably under $100. I realize this is low but I know there must be some decent options out there. We already have a couple of pocket operators, he wants something more substantial to play with.
