Least expensive standalone sample based, phrase loop, clip launcher?

<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>With the built in ability to latch a phrase by simply pressing the loop's assigned pad.</p> <p>Believe me, I've been doing the &quot;research&quot;; my head just hurts a bit right now.</p> <p>Imagine an Akai Force with a smaller footprint and less comprehensive feature set but can still do clip launching. The MPC One seems like the ticket, with regard to the footprint at least, for about $550 and I'm close to squeezing that trigger.
