ASR-10 makes static noise while sampling in stereo.

Every time I sample in stereo and as soon as I make a wav sample copy, it makes a static noise and then I go back on the first wav sample copy, it makes a static noise too. it only does that when I sample in stereo. Does that mean there is something wrong with my ASR-10 or am I doing something wrong?
