I’m wanting to add a new hardware sampler to my collection. Currently use a Digitakt along some synths but miss being able to really slice samples. I’m considering a few different options but would like opinions from owners/people that have used some of these. don’t plan on getting rid of the Digitakt, just want to add.

Samplers considered; Polyend Tracker- love the screen and the groove box feel. Having wavetable synth capabilities too is super jazz

Elektron Octatrack- smaller screen but super capable, awesome for future expansion/including live instrumentation one day

1010 Blackbox- actually don’t know much about this one.

Pocket Operator 133- Cheap, portable, does just enough.

Any other suggestions? Waveform view preferred.

submitted by /u/DrAquafresh
[link] [comments]
