P6 + Grandmother or OB-6 + Grandmother ?

<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>Hey guys,</p> <p>I currently own a Moog Grandmother and love it.</p> <p>But I’m looking for 1 more synth to complete my arsenal.</p> <p>A little background : I make mostly modern dance music (Tech house, Afro house, Techno and Indie dance). </p> <p>I don’t plan on using the synths as standalone. I plan to run them into my DAW (Ableton Live 11) and use them along with Plugins and VST’s to make complete songs.</p> <p>I’m more bass focused at the moment and want something with a really thick and warm bass. From what I’ve heard the prophet might be better suited due to the 24db filter.</p> <p>Also I’ve listened to both side by side in numerous videos. I honestly feel like the OB-6 sounds better and catches my ear more. It has more character for sure, but it also has a very high frequency / ringy quality to all its sounds, which I do not really like.</p> <p>The prophet 6 on the other hand sounds smooth and a little more tamed.
