Did I ruin my MTM Startup?

People online said it as a super easy diy build for people with minimal soldering experience. I have minimal soldering experience.</p> <p>The module worked for 5 minutes. Now there is smoke and a spark coming from the power pin closest to the D4 component.</p> <p>Did I mess up?
