Does anyone else notice funny parallels between Eurorack and Magic the Gathering?

<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>Aside from people spending lots of money on acquiring rare pieces…</p> <ul> <li><p>They both involve oddly named units like “Beast’s Chalkboard” or “Triple Sloth” and have interesting artwork which may have nothing to do with actual use or specs.</p></li> <li><p>Adept players however, know the stats of every unit and how they work by name, whereas a beginner has to scramble for the guide to see what each one does.</p></li> <li><p>There are combinations if cards/modules that are greater than the sum of their parts.
