Bought an A and H zed12fx mixer brand new back in November. It’s worked flawlessly. Changing up my setup and no longer need it. Went to go sell it to a local shop and channel 5 is not coming out of main outputs. Works on pre-fader through headphones and works through mono output. Not sure what I should do now. Filed a claim through the A and H customer service portal on their website but I would have to pay for shipping to the UK and it could be weeks before I get an answer. A few options I’m considering:

just pay the shipping, hope and pray A and H can either reimburse me or send a new unit which I then have to sell (timing on this is unknown)

have a local shop fix it (don’t know the cost but spending money wasn’t my original plan)

just keep it and eventually find a use for it

sell it as is condition and get what I can for it

Open to any suggestions. This really sucks and I realize I was never going to make all my money back but I’m more upset about the hassle of all of this than the money.

submitted by /u/DecentButterscotch55
[link] [comments]
