Other than the PCB panel art/design, and price, is there a single difference between the functionality of the Grayscale Microcell vs After Later Audio's Storm?

Microcell: https://grayscale.info/microcell/

Storm: https://afterlateraudio.com/product/storm/

Read the descriptions plenty of times, can't tell if there is a firmware or algorithm difference, really it just feels like an aesthetics choice right? I know After Later likes to talk about their 'tall bushing potentiometers' and that improves stability/feel... but has anyone compared the two?

Definitely making this post a day late as I went for the discounted Grayscale DIY kit, but still curious. Thanks all.

submitted by /u/oscidigi
[link] [comments]
