Trying to organise my patches I got quickly frustrated with the photo method. Searching for some digital age patch sheet templates, I found – nothing. So, being German, I tried to improvise something efficient.</p> <p>The linked Apple Numbers spreadsheet is intended for iPad/iPhone use, allowing you to quickly note down your patches using sliders and popup menus. Bonus: values that differ from their default setting (as defined in Korg’s original MS-20 manual) are highlighted, so you can grasp the anatomy of a patch and the knobs involved at a glance.</p> <p>Patch ports are identified by their labels (alphabetically) rather than location which will boost your knowledge of the patch panel layout. ?</p> <p>Sorry, no Windows version yet since Excel apparently does not support large popup menus and sliders.</p> <p>I really enjoyed using the sheet so far and I hope it may be useful to someone.
