<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>Not sure if this is the best sub for this, but whatever.</p> <p>Some friends of mine have started a post-metal band (think Isis, Pelicans, Russian Circles), and they've invited me to join as a synth player. But, I'm at a loss as to what a synth player should be <em>doing</em> in a post-metal band. </p> <p>Does anybody have any favorite metal songs with great atmospheric synths in them? Thanks!</p> </div><!-- SC_ON --> submitted by <a href="https://www.reddit.com/user/natdanger"> /u/natdanger </a> <br/> <span><a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/synthesizers/comments/7qpp62/synth_and_post_metal/">[link]</a></span> <span><a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/synthesizers/comments/7qpp62/synth_and_post_metal/">[comments]</a></span>
