Is the Eventide Space worth it in an age of so many great plugins?

I’m going back and forth about spending the money on a used Space, but they’re so expensive even secondhand. My setup is all hardware and I value a physical interface but is the difference between a Space and the Valhalla/Lexicon/other plug-ins worth $400?? Would love to hear from people who’ve used it. Does it really stand above some of the better plugins available, or would the difference be kind of negligible? Also I’ve tried other pedals, not too interested in other recommendations, just wondering about this one in particular. Thanks.
