New Moog grandmother output won't work

Just bought a moog grandmother and it feels like the main out is broke or something. My other instruments work fine with the cables and Focusrite I'm plugging into, but the moog won't put any sound out. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Edit* when the jack is half in I get some noise, but it's weird.
