Did I fry my whole system? Please help!

I bought a uZeus new and used it to power my small eurorack system (under 10 modules) with it. I connected properly and turned the system on and everything worked fine, except I screwed one screw in the rail, while the system was powered on and there was a tiny spark and now only the -12v LED works and my modules don’t power on anymore. Did I just destroy all the modules in my system? Did I just break the uZeus and just need to buy another one? Or is there another possibility?

Please help me I am quite scared at the moment.
