Looking for standalone LFO with MIDI output

Evening all. I’m looking for a standalone LFO (plugin or hardware, I don’t mind) that outputs a MIDI signal that can then be used to automate a parameter in Logic. I know this is a feature in Ableton using Max for Live but I’m not in a position to be buying a new DAW purely for this one feature. Been looking into potentially using a eurorack unit with a CV-to-5-pin MIDI converter but I want to know if there’s a more elegant solution out there.
