Any hardware playback devices on the market?

Hello everyone, I am looking for a solution for live performances, I play in a band and I am in charge of the synthesizer part and backings. I would like to stop using the Mac with Ableton for backing(atmospheric sounds, strings) parts on stage and switch to a hardware player for the playback. I know Octatrack is capable of this, but it's too expensive. Are there any samplers capable of playing 12-14 tracks of 3-4 minutes each during a live performance, or is it better to consider a tablet with some kind of software (which one?) For these tasks?
