Best effects pedals for synths? Particularly to use for inspiration

I'm looking to pair up an effects pedal or two with my minilogue XD. What do you guys like to use?

I'm thinking of some kind of granular pedal for the purposes of inspiration. Maybe the Infinite Jets from Hologram. Or a very nice texture spacey reverb
