Exepert Sleepers ES8&5, how do I use these from a Logic Pro&Reason Studio Mac?

I just completed this rack and want to give the hybrid world a try by allowing my many soft synths and FX a go in my ultimate signal chain.

Problem, I am quite unsure how to send CVs to the software world and get info back. Has someone a nice Youtube link to help? Which driver do I need, how are these accessible from both Logic and Reason?

Here’s the 6U (minus 3HP): https://www.modulargrid.net/e/racks/view/1541805
