Replacing Discontinued LCD Screen (EMX-1)

Hi all! I recently bought a used Korg Electribe MX-1 in great shape. A few weeks later a camera fell on the small LCD, breaking it. This part has been long discontinued by Korg and I can't find anything aftermarket.

Will I need to buy a new unit to get a screen? Could it be possible to replace it with a different screen of similar size?
