Behringer model D noise

So, I've been having problems with the noise, it makes a lot of noise, but not background noise(although it also makes background noise), it makes noise when I press the keys, I turn every oscillator off and it makes noise when I press a key. The weird part is that if I turn the volume all the way up, I can hear the note I'm playing(with no osc on), and I would say this is not supposed to happen. Where is this oscillation coming from, and is there a way to reduce the noise?

If I put it in the low input, I have tu turn the volume even more, and it makes even more noise(but it doesn't oscillate), any recommendations, suggestions?
